Contact Forms

We ask for certain information such as your real name, birthdate, address, phone number and e-mail address when you request a quote from The DL Moore Agency, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send to us.  We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide quotes in a compliant fashion. Your real name, will not be published publicly. The phone numbers we collect and the consent we received will not be used with 3rd parties other than those necessary to obtain the requested quote. We DO NOT rent or sell your information to 3rd parties. 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. The DL Moore Agency will provide necessary information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable and legal requests of law enforcement.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data
